"Waylon and Megan were recommended to us by a general contractor who had worked with them on a remodel in the past. Our budget was pay-as-you-go and they were generous to work with us on our remodel journey. They met us on sight for an initial consultation and took measurements and later provided architectural rendering options and walked through different design elements with us. We agreed on various sketches, concept drawings and elevations that worked with the existing structure. Our two basic tenants were to reuse as much as possible and to make the home an aging in place “forever” home for every generation, including our limited mobility parents and growing grandchildren ranks. When we got to design elements, Megan set up a shared Pinterest board where we could compare inspiration images. She met us onsite with swatches of optional fabrics, wallpapers, counter, backsplashes and flooring options. Their turnaround was timely and costs were as negotiated. No surprises from them as we dealt with our lack of knowledge about what we wanted and how much time it would take."
